How To Measure + Sizing Chart
The Next Level Toddler Cotton Tee 3110 is a sideseamed shirt that already puts you far ahead of tubular shirts that are ill-fitting and produced in the cheapest way possible. With a couple of easy measurements, you can be confident you’ll get a shirt that fits you perfectly. Use the instructions below coupled with the image and table in the supporting pictures to find the perfect size.
Length (Body)
The first measurement you should make before you choose a shirt size is length. In the garment industry, this measurement is known as the “Body Length from HPS” measurement. HPS is defined in the following way: the highest point of the shoulder, where the shoulder seam meets the neckline. From this high point, you should measure down the front of the chest to your waist. This measurement will give you your body length. Of course, if you want the shirt to be a touch shorter or longer than exactly to the waist you can take away or add an inch or two according to your preference.
Width (Chest)
The second measurement you need to get for a correctly fitting t-shirt is the chest measurement. This is typically done horizontally from edge to edge 1” below the armhole.
Once you have these two measurements use the sizing chart in the supporting pictures to pick the correct size. Pro tip: while shirt construction may differ, find a current shirt that you wear that you feel fits you well and compare it to the measurements you just took. Make any adjustments that may be needed and you should end up with a great fitting shirt.

Shirt Care
To properly care for your shirt machine wash the shirt inside out with cold water on a delicate cycle with like colors. To dry, tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Do NOT use harsh detergents, dry clean, fabric softener, or bleach. Do NOT iron or iron decorate.

Processing & Shipping Time
With the exception of large orders, which we assume you don't need unless you're buying for an entire neighborhood all at once, we print your custom shirt in 1-2 business days.
Thus, how fast you get your shirt depends on what shipping option you choose during checkout! There are three shipping speeds to choose from during the checkout process. With Priority Mail Express shipping, including printing time, you can have it in as little as 2-3 business days. If you need your shirt fast, please let us know what date you need it by and we’ll let you know how to get it to you.
We use USPS to ship all orders. All orders ship from Salt Lake City, Utah. Rates are calculated by Etsy at checkout based on the address in your Etsy account. Available shipping speeds are outlined below:

Printing Process:
All of our shirts are printed with love on a world-class direct-to-garment printer that offers a far better print quality than vinyl heat transfer. The eco-friendly inks used are kid and pet safe and have been rated with the highest rating for the number of times they can be rewashed before fading occurs. Post-printing we cure the ink with a commercial quality heat press to ensure your printed shirt does not crack. We are 100% confident you’ll love the gorgeous and long-lasting shirt that you will get. Please note, white ink in any design does print but for white shirts any white elements in the design will use the white of the shirt.

What shirt product number do you use for men, women’s, youth, and toddler respectively
For men, we use the Premium Fitted Crew 3600, the equivalent style for women is the Next Level 3900 Women’s Boyfriend Tee, for boy and girl youth shirts respectively the Boy's Youth Crew - 3310 and Princess Tee 3710, and for toddlers the Toddler Cotton Tee 3110. We also use Gerber’s Premium Tees for the Toddler Pink and Beige shirts.
Is the shirt screen printed or digitally printed
All of our shirts are digitally printed. Digital printing is cheaper for the end customer (you!) and produces more vibrant shirts that last longer.
What makes these shirts fit differently than cheaper shirts on the market Why are side-seamed shirts better than tubular shirts
Most shirts are produced using what is called “tubular manufacturing” which is a more cost-effective way of producing t-shirts at scale (less sewing) but results in a shirt that doesn’t fit as well as it should.
Next Level t-shirts are sideseamed so as to produce a better fitting and flattering t-shirt for men, women, and children.
Will my shirt actually fit me
Please see the “How To Measure + Sizing Chart” further above in this section. There is also a supporting image that shows how to measure and a sizing chart. We’re confident that if you properly measure you’ll get a shirt that you love.
Are the shirts made in an environmentally friendly way
Yes! Every step of the Next Level production process is designed to be environmentally friendly, including following the CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) and having all factories WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) accredited. Further, Next Level is both sweatshop and child labor free.

Gift Wrap / Gifts / Invoice-less Orders
If you’re buying your shirt as a gift please let check the “This order is a gift” checkbox on the Cart page during checkout. This will ensure that no prices will be shown on any of the package contents. You can also add any other notes to the order when checking this box.
What is your refunds and return policy
Anytime it is our mistake - printing or shipping - we will of course make sure you are either refunded or sent a replacement shirt at no charge to you.
In cases where it is not our fault, there is some difficulty due to the nature of custom products. Nonetheless, we're moms just like you. If you aren't 100% happy with your shirt(s) contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. We want you to be happy and will do everything we can to make it happen!
What is your cancellation policy
If you absolutely need to cancel your order please do so before it ships. Per the previous question, custom orders present some challenges when it comes to cancellations as we print these on demand and do not hold inventory that can be re-sold, especially when we’ve fulfilled it correctly. Nonetheless, contact us and we will do our best to make it right and ensure you are happy!
What happens with a wrong address
Because we use calculated shipping as offered by Etsy this means that the shipping address is filled out automatically through Etsy based on the information you enter at checkout or have on file. Because of this, we are not responsible for any information that is entered incorrectly.
